		<description>Your Twitter experience will completely and utterly depend on the people that you follow and that follow you.  It&#039;s like a cocktail party.  If the people are boring, the party is boring (unless you are into getting smashed by yourself).

For tweets to be interesting, you need to already be interested in the person tweeting, their work, or their comments on the rest of the world.  The best precondition for enjoying Twitter is to have a few friends or colleagues who are already on Twitter when you join.
